Excluded products

Concerning only the products of the Innovagoods brand and those of the scent and sunglasses collections can only be replaced if it are defective or damaged by transport and must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels with their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, (see instructions below under the Guaranteed section) within 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the reception of your purchase, we cannot unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange. The return costs are our responsibility. 

Solid items (if applicable)

Only items at current prices can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, the items are refundable.

For cancellation or modification of an order, the Direct Customer must contact Xios Store SNC via Sav@xios-store.ch.

The Customer acknowledges being informed that all orders paid or shipped cannot be canceled or modified. The Customer will be informed by XIOS Store SNC of any failure to modify or cancel the order. Xios Store SNC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by such a failure.

Return procedure and guarantees

Right to retract

An end customer can assess any article for 14 days from the moment the item is delivered to the address indicated in the details of the order.

The customer is required to return any article (s) received within 14 days after having informed Xios Store SNC of his wish to return the product to a return address provided.

A refund will be issued within 14 days after Xios Store SNC has received the items (s) returned and confirmed that the items are in good condition and not damaged. The Customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the items and any problem that may arise as a result of the (incorrect) return of items (damaged).

In view of the above, the customer organizes the return independently and will thus bear the return costs of the return as well as the risks attached to the return process (ex: product lost or destroyed during transport, etc.).

Guarantee

When an incorrect or damaged product would be received by the customer, the customer must provide (photographic) appropriate proof which will be (digitally) dated and sent either to an e-mail address provided by XIOS Store SNC And after inspection and on a case -by -case basis, will offer one of the following solutions:

  1. The damage justifies a discount;
  2. Damage justifies a refund;
  3. A new article will be sent or the replacement of damaged parts will be sent.
  4. In the event of problems with an order, we encourage customers to contact Xios Store SNC directly, this will give Xios Store SNC the possibility of clarifying and correcting the situation given.

Refund

The Customer acknowledges that the maximum reimbursement offered by XIOS Store SNC will be limited to the price of the product and will not cover additional costs such as shipping, except in certain circumstances and as agreed between the direct sender and XIOS Store SNC in a case particular.
